Reset the login password
- Open the Raxiwin login screen.
- Tap Forgot password.
- Enter your registered number and tap Send.
- Type the OTP, set a new password and confirm.
- Sign in again.
Change the withdrawal password
After signing in, open Account → Settings → withdrawal password, verify with an OTP and choose a new one — different from your login password.

- Wait the full timer.
- Check the SMS spam folder.
- Check DND and signal.
